Our Board of Advisors brings deep expertise to EnrolGPT, helping us simplify study abroad for students and boost recruitment success for universities.

Matthew is an international educator and school leader who discovered early on the power of global learning. Born and educated in the UK, his career took him across Austria, Canada, and Singapore, where he worked at UWCSEA while earning his MBA. He later led The Doon School (2016–2020) in India, guiding students toward top global universities.
Now the Director of Thuringia International School in Weimar, Germany, Matthew champions continuous learning and impactful education. As a member of EnrolGPT's Academic Council, he supports its innovative approach to improving student-university matches, well-being, and recruitment.

Marcel K. Will, a Rhineland native from a working-class family, earned his Magister Artium from the University of Cologne and a PhD grant to study US-China relations. He transitioned from academia to student recruitment at WHU, discovering a passion for simplifying international education, then led teams in the welfare sector.
In 2023, he returned to academia as Professor of Social Politics & Social Economy at the Cooperative State University Baden-Württemberg. His research spans Germany's labor gap, childcare economics, EU policy, and US-China relations. He also advises Powerhouse Global Servicez LLC on global education.
