Matthew Raggett

Thuringia International School
Matthew is an international educator and school leader who discovered early on the power of global learning. Born and educated in the UK, his career took him across Austria, Canada, and Singapore, where he worked at UWCSEA while earning his MBA. He later led The Doon School (2016–2020) in India, guiding students toward top global universities.
Now the Director of Thuringia International School in Weimar, Germany, Matthew is committed to helping students and educators reach their full potential through continuous learning and meaningful impact.
As a member of enrolgpt's Academic Council, he sees its game-changing approach as the future of student-university matchmaking—leading to better academic fit, stronger well-being, and streamlined recruitment for universities.
Prof. Dr. Marcel K. Will
Social Politics & Social Economy

Prof. Dr. Marcel K. Will, a Rhineland native from a working-class family, earned his Magister Artium in Political Science & History from the University of Cologne before securing a PhD grant to research US-China relations. After his PhD, he pivoted from academia to student recruitment at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, where he discovered his passion for simplifying international education.
Later, as a welfare sector manager, he led 25+ professionals across multiple projects before returning to academia in 2023 as Professor of Social Politics & Social Economy at the Cooperative State University Baden- Württemberg.
His research tackles Germany's skilled labour gap, childcare economics, EU social policy, and US-China relations. Beyond academia, he's shaping the future of global education as an advisor to Powerhouse Global Servicez LLC.
